摘要

本设计题目为带活动挡料销的导板式落料模动画仿真设计，体现了带活动挡料销的冲压类零部件的动画仿真的设计要求、内容及方向，有1定的设计意义。通过对该冲压动画仿真的设计，进1步加强了本人对带活动挡料销的冲压模具的基础知识，为设计更加复杂的动画做好了铺垫和吸取了更深入的经验。

本设计应用冲压成型工艺及proe动画仿真设计的基础知识，首先分析该冲压模具的结构与性能，最后实现板料冲压成形进程计算机仿真系统设计。在本制作的动画仿真中，采取了活动挡料销进行送料的装置，在送料时没必要像固定挡料销那样抬起送料。使用更加方便。

Abstract

Therequirement，contentanddirectionofactivitiessubjecttotheguidepinblockmaterialblankingplateanimationsimulationmodule,reflectstheactivitieswithsalesexpectedtoblockpartsoftheanimationcategorystampingsimulationofthedesignrequirements,contentanddirectionofthedesignofacertainsignificance.Animationofthesimulationthroughthedesignofram,andfurtherstrengthenedwiththeactivitiesIexpectedtoblocksalesofthebasicsofstampingdie,inordertodesignmorecomplexanimationtodoagoodjobofpavingthewayanddrawamoreprofoundexperience.
